For this rug, we recommend our to keep your rug in place for the long haul. If a rug pad is ordered along with a rug, our service team will cut the pad within an inch of the outside dimension of the ordered rug, roll them together, and package them together as one roll for easier installation.

If you are not happy with a FULL-SIZED rug you purchased, we will gladly exchange or accept a return within 30 days of your purchase. Please to request a return authorization and shipping label. All rug returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent with a return authorization number. All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.
